General:
All payments must be made within 24 hours after invoice is sent, else slot will be given to another person.
Buyers who do not respond to mails or go M.I.A. will be blacklisted and barred from purchasing from us in the future.
By purchasing with Pretty Pocket, you have agreed with all our T&C.
Postage:
Normal postage $1.50 for first item, $0.50 each for subsequent items
Registered postage $3.50 for first item, $0.50 each for subsequent items.
We will not be responsible for lost mails if buyers opt for normal postage
We will also not be responsible for damaged mails.
Ordering:
All orders must be sent in in the correct format, else disregarded.
All orders come in a first-come-first-serve basis.

Payment methods:
We only accept POSB/DBS bank transfers or I-banking
Inter-bank transfers will require a few days' time, do inform us if you are doing inter-bank transfers.
ATM users must provide snapshots of their receipts for verification, else payment will be disregarded.
I-bank users will have to provide I-banking nick and amount transferred.

Collection methods:
Postage only
Self collection at Cynthia's residential address (Admiralty) details will be provided upon request
Exchange/refunds:
Exchanges can only be made within 7 days
Exchanges can only be made only if there are defects, which must be proven via snapshots.
Items must not be washed, worn and be in the plastic bag provided to qualify for exchange.
